This episode of CBeebies' 'Get Well Soon' is all about constipation, which is very common in young children. Dr Ranj helps his friend Deep when he feels blown up like a balloon and Nurse Morag gets the Healthy Helpers bouncing on hoppers when they look at what helps you poo.

Going to the toilet might seem like the most normal thing in the world but sometimes things don't work the way they should. Evelina London Children’s Hospital have given us permission to share their film which shows what you can do to have a healthy wee and poo.
