We have partnered with Run For Heroes, the organisation responsible for the fundraising challenge, #Run5Donate5Nominate5 that went viral and raised £7million for the NHS COVID-19 appeal in 2020.

This year, they're back and we're part of it. But we need you to make it a success.

The all-inclusive event will take place in May. All you need to do is to run, walk, cycle, swim, hop, jump, climb, or whatever else you can think for 5k, donate £5 and nominate 5 friends to take on the trend.

This is a brilliant way to raise awareness about childhood bowel and bladder issues and ERIC. It will also help raise vital funds so we can continue to answer every call for help that we receive.

This is the perfect challenge for children of all ages and abilities to get involved.

How to take part:

  • Participate in a 5k (run, walk, cycle, swim, roll, skip, socially distanced of course!)
  • Donate £5 to ERIC here
  • Nominate 5 of your friends to take part too, remembering to tag us on Facebook @ERIC.UK1, Instagram @eric_charity, Twitter @ERIC_UK so we share.

Once you have donated £5 you will unlock a digital goodie back full of rewards and treats from some epic brands.

Why run #5kMay for ERIC?

Since the start of COVID-19, ERIC has become a lifeline for thousands of families affected by childhood continence. We are experiencing a huge increase in the number of calls to the helpline where experts are providing practical and emotional support to families. Three new volunteers have joined the team to respond to the increased demand. We need your support to be able to deliver our services.
