Pharmaceuticals companies Ferring and Stirling Anglian will co-sponsor for the first time ERIC's Paediatric Continence Care Conference.

This year's conference taking place on Wednesday 12th October at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole will be the 9th bi-annual conference held by ERIC, The Children's Bowel and Bladder Charity.

Both Ferring, which produces Desmopressin Melts, a medication used in the treatment of bedwetting, and Stirling Anglian, which produces CosmoCol, a laxative used in the treatment of constipation, have sponsored ERIC in the past, but this is the first time they have co-sponsored the conference.

Ferring Pharmaceuticals currently sponsors the leaflets 'ERIC's Guide to Night Time Wetting' and Stirling Anglian sponsors the leaflet 'ERIC's Guide to Children's Bowel Problems'.

The conference, which has the title 'Right Time, Right Place, Right Care' will showcase new research, highlight the impact of continence problems on the everyday lives of children and teenagers and discuss innovative approaches to managing them.

For information about the conference, including the programme, list of speakers, exhibitor information and registration please visit the conference website.
