In May Chris Skidmore who is the MP for Kingswood, Bristol where ERIC's offices are based, visited the UK’s only charity that supports all children and teenagers with bowel and bladder problems and their families.

Chris expressed his support for ERIC's Bog Standard campaign, which aims to improve school toilets for pupils.

Chris will support the campaign by writing to Education Secretary, Michael Gove and tabling Parliamentary questions.

Chris said: “Child continence is a serious issue that can have a great impact on the lives of children and their families. As a member of the Health Select Committee, I know the knock-on impact that it can also have on NHS services. ERIC’s work is invaluable in providing help and support to parents via their Helpline and making sure that schools have the right facilities for children.”
