During 2015/16, ERIC will be the charity of choice for a leading healthcare firm.

Each year B.Braun Medical Ltd gives a donation to two charities through its 'Giving Something Back' campaign. ERIC will share the charity of the year spot with Marie Curie.

In 2015, B.Braun donated £3,170 each to its chosen charities The Back Up Trust, which provides support and information to people affected by spinal cord injury, and the Urostomy Association, a national charity representing people with a urinary diversion.

Sarah Mannion, Product Manager at B. Braun said: "Each year we choose charities that have a link to the work we are doing via the conditions B. Braun products help assist so we are delighted to this year help these two charities who make such a difference to people’s lives.

"Here at B. Braun we are always trying to do what we can to improve the lives of individual patients, as well as make a positive impact in our local community.”

Based in Chapeltown, Sheffield, B. Braun Medical Ltd is a member of the B. Braun Group, one of the world’s leading healthcare companies.

Juliette Randall, Chief Executive at ERIC said: "We are extremely grateful for being chosen by B.Braun as one of the charities of choice. There are almost a million children in the UK living with wetting and soiling problems, this donation will help us reach out to more of them so we can help them with live better lives despite their conditions."
