About this role

We're looking for someone to lead the development and delivery of our services for children and the people who care for them.

The Family Support Services Manager will lead the development and delivery of ERIC’s services for children and young people and the people who care for them. This includes our established telephone and email helpline, plus new online and in person workshops and digital resources. New services will be developed in consultation with users enabling us to be responsive to the changing needs of our community.

In summary:

Family Support Services Manager

Salary: £26K – 28K (pro-rata) depending on experience

Hours: 24 - 28 hours per week over 4 days. Hours to be agreed with the successful candidate.
