Bladder and bowel problems might not be life threatening but they're exhausting and they are daily. ERIC is a source of strength for me and my daughter.

You can help more people like Helen by donating to our Christmas Appeal 2018.

Christmas can often exacerbate the feelings of depression and worthlessness. When everyone else seems to have a perfect day, a young person with a continence problem might still wake up in a wet bed or have an accident in front of their entire extended family. That's why we need your support more than ever during the festive season.

In the last few years, the demand for our services has sky rocketed. We're inundated with calls and emails asking for support. Sadly we haven't the resources to respond as quickly as we'd like to these.

When someone battles with difficult feelings and needs to talk to someone quickly, being put on a waiting list can aggravate their sense of loneliness and despair. Especially if you're unable to access other types of support in education or healthcare settings. We need your help today to ensure no call for help goes unanswered.

Every penny donated makes a difference. Your support is powerful. It's key in helping children and teenagers better manage or even overcome a wetting or soiling problem.
