Our helpline

If you are dealing with a wee or poo problem, or caring for a child who has a continence condition, we're help to you.

For information, confidential advice and support, call our advisors Monday to Thursday, 10am to 2pm on FREEPHONE 0808 1699 949.

"I can't put into words how much ERIC have helped our family - from the first phone call, I was greeted with so much understanding - and the most sense of anyone I've spoken to about our issues! Not only has their advice helped my sons issues improve but it's also given me the confidence to talk to school (without being embarrassed) and have the confidence to be more assertive (in a nice way!) with my GP about the medication and support my son needs. I cannot thank ERIC enough!" Jen, Feb 2021
