Help at school

These guidelines are designed to help improve schools' policies in relation to toilets and toileting. 

Schools can use the information to avoid discriminating against pupils with bowel and bladder conditions and make sure that these children are fully supported. Parents and pupils can also use the information to encourage schools to improve their policies and their toilets. 

We’ve also answered the most common questions from pupils and parents about continence issues in education settings.
