Andrea Bevan - Clinical Lead for 0-19, Isle of Wight Andrea has worked within a community setting in either a midwife or health visiting role for 34 years. Her passion is for family centred care with a focus on sustainable outcomes. Andrea is a PHd student at Swansea University . Her area of academic interest is the improvement of Child Public Health and the factors which influence and change outcomes. Andrea took up her post of Clinical Lead for 0-19 in the Isle of Wight in November 2017. Prior to this, Andrea was Health Programme Manager for both Flying Start and Family First within a large borough in South Wales. Since taking up the post in the Isle of Wight, Andrea's focus has been on school readiness and the journey of the family through the 0-19 programme. The principles that she has introduced in her model for service redesign areCOMMUNICATION, COLLABORATIONS , CONSULTATION and to ensure that ASPIRATIONS are raised to achieve a positive outcome.
