Transport to the venue

Train and coach
Central and Charing Cross Railway Stations are both a 10 minute walk and Queen Street Railway and Buchanan Street Coach Station are both a 15 minute walk. All are approx. 5 minutes by taxi.

Cowcaddens and Buchanan subway stations are both a 10 minute walk.

Frequent bus routes operate along Bath Street and the adjacent Sauchiehall Street.

Payment information

The cost of the course is £175 per person. Lunch and refreshments are provided. Fees must be paid or invoiced before the start of the course.

Payment by card

At the checkout, make sure you enter the address that your card is registered to.

Payment by invoice

If you need us to send your organisation an invoice, the course fee is £175 per person. You must obtain consent from your finance department prior to your booking and supply us with the necessary purchase order number.  Please enter all your details including the invoicing address confirmed by your finance department; we'll then book your place on the course and send an invoice to your finance department directly.

Cancellation & transfer policy

If written notification is received 30 days before the course, we will issue a refund. We regret that no refunds can be made on bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the course. A colleague may attend in your place rather than forfeit the full course fee.

ERIC reserves the right to cancel the course. In the unlikely event of cancellation by ERIC, course fees paid will be refunded in full.

If you need to transfer from one course to another, you can do so up to 30 days before the event, providing the course transfer is within the same financial year. We can only transfer you once per booking and if you cancel your booking after transferring, the full course fee is due.
