• To become more confident about supporting families with a structured approach to potty and toilet training
• To identify and understand the early signs of continence problems and know where to go for help
• To become more confident in supporting children with additional needs with toileting
• To identify how much a child should be drinking daily
• To identify what a healthy poo looks like and how often children should be going to the toilet

Payment information

The cost of the course is £50 per person.  Please note that we can only accept payment by card.

Refreshments will be provided. 

Cancellation & transfer policy

If written notification is received 30 days before the course, we will issue a refund. We regret that no refunds can be made on bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the course. A colleague may attend in your place rather than forfeit the full course fee.

ERIC reserves the right to cancel the course. In the unlikely event of cancellation by ERIC, course fees paid will be refunded in full.
