This seminar introduces the 'Three Systems' as a means of understanding bedwetting, with a focus on a child-orientated, evidence-based approach to treatment. It includes recommendations from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), explores ways of applying this model to clinical practice and troubleshooting potential issues this might raise.

Course objectives 

  • To secure fundamental knowledge of healthy bladder and bowel management
  • To explain the different causes of night time wetting and the importance of assessment in diagnosis
  • To improve knowledge of the treatments available and when to use them
  • To provide an understanding of the relevant NICE guidance
  • To increase confidence in managing these conditions in the community

Transport to the venue

Situated within the Shoreditch Triangle, with easy access to both the City and Brick Lane Market, the Human Rights Action Centre has excellent public transport links and is minutes’ walk from Old Street and Liverpool Street stations (Underground) and Shoreditch High Street station. (Overground).

It is easy to reach via many cycle routes and there is a Santander Cycle docking station just outside.

Payment information

The cost of the course is £165 per person. Lunch and refreshments are provided. Fees must be paid or invoiced before the start of the course.

Payment by invoice

If you need us to send your organisation an invoice, the course fee is £165 per person. You must obtain consent from your finance department prior to your booking and supply us with the necessary purchase order number. Please enter all your details including the invoicing address confirmed by your finance department; we'll then book your place on the course and send an invoice to your finance department directly.

Cancellation and transfer policy

If written notification is received 30 days before the course, we will issue a refund. We regret that no refunds can be made on bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the course. A colleague may attend in your place rather than forfeit the full course fee.

ERIC reserves the right to cancel the course. In the unlikely event of cancellation by ERIC, course fees paid will be refunded in full.

If you need to transfer from one course to another, you can do so up 30 days before the event, providing the course transfer is within the same financial year. We can only transfer you once per booking and if you cancel your booking after transferring, the full course fee is due.
