Payment by invoice If you need us to send your organisation an invoice, the course fee is £165 per person. You must obtain consent from your finance department prior to your booking and supply us with the necessary purchase order number. Cancellation & transfer policy If written notification is received 4 weeks before the course, we will issue a refund, minus a £10 administration fee. We regret that no refunds can be made on bookings cancelled less than 4 weeks before the course. A colleague may attend in your place rather than forfeit the full course fee. ERIC reserves the right to cancel the course. In the unlikely event of cancellation by ERIC, course fees paid will be refunded in full. If you need to transfer from one course to another, you can do so up to 4 weeks before the event, providing the course transfer is within the same financial year. We can only transfer you once per booking and if you cancel your booking after transferring, the full course fee is due. This course is now full.
