Voluntary Action Islington is approximately 10 minutes walk from King’s Cross Station.

On exiting King’s Cross Underground station turn left and head eastwards on Euston Road and walk for 3 minutes. At the junction continue straight ahead onto Pentonville Road and continue for a further 7 minutes until arriving at Voluntary Action Islington.

Buses
Buses that run along Pentonville Road include 30, 73, 214.
Additional buses that stop at King’s Cross Station include 10, 17, 45, 46, 63, 91, 259, 390.

Trains
Trains to King’s Cross, St Pancras or Euston.

Tube
Piccadilly, Circle, Victoria, Hammersmith and City, Northern and Metropolitan lines all pass through King’s Cross Station.

Car parking
Parking meters in the surrounding streets.

Payment information

The cost of the course is £155 per person (credit card payments) or £165 per person (cheque and invoice payments). Lunch and refreshments are provided. Fees must be paid or invoiced before the start of the course.

Payment by card

Payment by cheque

If you wish to pay by cheque, the course fee is £165 per person. Please download and complete our booking form and send it with your cheque, payable to 'ERIC', to Jackie Fuidge, ERIC, 36 Old School House, Britannia Rd, Kingswood, Bristol BS15 8DB. 

Payment by invoice

If you need us to send your organisation an invoice, the course fee is £165 per person. You must obtain consent from your finance department prior to your booking and supply us with the necessary purchase order number.  Please click on the 'enquiry' button below and enter your details; we'll then book your place on the course and send an invoice to your finance department directly.

Cancellation & transfer policy

If written notification is received 4 weeks before the course, we will issue a refund, minus a £10 administration fee. We regret that no refunds can be made on bookings cancelled less than 4 weeks before the course. A colleague may attend in your place rather than forfeit the full course fee.

ERIC reserves the right to cancel the course. In the unlikely event of cancellation by ERIC, course fees paid will be refunded in full. 

If you need to transfer from one course to another, you can do so up to 4 weeks before the event, providing the course transfer is within the same financial year. We can only transfer you once per booking and if you cancel your booking after transferring, the full course fee is due.
