Your email will be answered by one of our trained Helpline workersand will be treated with confidentiality according to our current policy. For more information on our policies see the security section of this site. We try to answer emails in 3 working days.

ERIC Message Boards

If you post a message on the message board, you won’t be able to see it straightaway because we read all the messages first to make sure people are being friendly and helpful. Messages that aren’t nice don’t get posted.

We decide whether or not to post a message. We may also change the text if we need to. We take out any information that could let people find out where you live and your email address, to protect you.
