ERIC has a confidential Helpline for families and professionals available from 10 am - 4 pm Monday to Friday.
Calls to 0845 numbers made from BT landlines will be charged at up to 4 pence per minute on weekdays between 8am and 6 pm. A call set-up fee of 7 pence per call applies to calls from BT residential lines. Mobile and other providers’ charges may vary.
