This website provides information and support on childhood bedwetting, daytime wetting, constipation and soiling to children, young people, parents and professionals.

Welcome to ERIC for Parents

Welcome to the parents’ and carers’ area of the website.  We have lots of resources to download here, like information packs on each of the following topics: bedwetting; daytime wetting; constipation and soiling; special needs. Why not have a look at our downloadable information packs?

You can post a message on our very popular, moderated message board. If you post
a message on the message board, you won’t be able to see it straightaway because
we read all the messages first to make sure people are being polite and helpful.

Unsupportive messages don’t get posted. ERIC reserves the right to refuse or amend
any message, at our discretion. We remove any information that could let people find
out where you live and your email address, to protect you. To visit the parents’
message board, click here.

NEW ERIC service!

ERIC is expanding its services to reach even more children, young people and their families.

We now have a new text messaging service.  Just text 447 624 811 636 to receive support from the ERIC Helpline at a time that suits you.  (Standard rates apply).

This new service is designed to enable access to the ERIC Helpline for children, young people and families who haven’t been able to contact ERIC because of being at work or school during the Helpline's normal opening hours.

New NICE Guidelines

ERIC has registered as a stakeholder in relation to the Guidelines that are in the process of being developed for childhood nocturnal enuresis (bedwetting) and constipation. You can read more about this work here.
